Verify that your provider account can use the model before troubleshooting the gateway.
BYOK models
Model access follows your provider account.
Use a model supported by the provider key you added. Managed-model availability does not automatically apply to BYOK.
Use the correct model ID
Copy the ID expected by your provider configuration. A marketing name is not always a request model ID.
Check both limits
Provider limits and your BYOK gateway request allowance can each affect a request.
