Your platform key authenticates requests to AI24X. Your provider key connects your provider account to BYOK.
Upstream provider key
Add this in BYOK management. Do not paste it into an application expecting an AI24X key.
Provider keys →API endpoint
Requests use https://api.ai24x.com/v1. The Open site is for workspace and provider-key management, not a second public model endpoint.
Common API reference ↗Before your first call
Confirm that your provider key is active, the provider account has model access and any required balance, and your BYOK plan has sufficient request allowance.
Do not assume that every model in managed access is supported by a particular provider key. Check the provider and model settings in your BYOK workspace.
